This policy applies to muslimroutines.com, its free tools, account features, forms, and emails. Muslim Routines is an independent family platform.

• Name and email address when you submit a form or create an account.
• Optional country, child first name, age band, current level, and family goals.
• Routines, planner blocks, and progress entries that you choose to save.
• Marketing consent, form source, and campaign information attached to a visit.
• Anonymous tool events, such as starting or completing a free tool, together with the page path, campaign source, country code, and event time. These events do not contain a name, email address, persistent visitor identifier, IP address, or browser string.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, and request time.
• A saved prayer-time city in your browser so the tool can remember your preference.

• Provide, save, and improve the tools you request.
• Send sign-in links and respond to support or privacy messages.
• Send updates only where you gave separate marketing consent.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and diagnose service problems.
• Understand which free tools are useful without selling personal details.

The service is designed for parents and guardians, not for children to register on their own. A parent may choose to add limited information about a child to organise family routines. Please do not enter a child's email address, home address, school, or other unnecessary identifying details.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database infrastructure, and privacy-first Web Analytics for page views, referral sources, and performance. Email delivery providers may process addresses for transactional messages. The prayer-time tool sends a city, date, and calculation setting to the AlAdhan prayer-times service; it does not send your account name or email to that service.

Essential cookies keep signed-in accounts secure. The prayer-time tool uses browser local storage to remember a selected city. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or persistent identifiers to measure visits. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural tracking.

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, support, safety, legal obligations, or a purpose you consented to. We use access controls, secure connections, and infrastructure protections, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting necessary account or support messages. Submit a request through the contact page using the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request.

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest published version.
